Benjamin Pedersen aged 29, was raised in London but relocated back to Copenhagen in Denmark, where he became an active part of the electronic music scene as a producer and DJ.

Things have pushed forward since his first release in 2000, with releases and remixes on labels such as Slip N Slide, UltraVinyl, Tommy Boy, Blow Media, Gossip, Diaspora, Soussol Records, Soundslike, Warner, Universal, Emi, Discowax, Peach and more.

His prolific remix duties have covered acts like Harry Choo Choo Romero, Bel Amour, Funkstar De Luxe, Delacy, Tiger Stripes and more.

As well, his past releases have been supported by top DJs including Danny Tenaglia, Judge Jules, Pete Tong, Robert Owens, Grant Nelson (Swing City), ATFC (Onephatdeeva / Subliminal), Graham Parks (Trustthedj.com), Rune aka Artificial Funk (Credence), Lee Coffey aka Mauve (Ultra Vinyl), Morten Trust (Soulfuric / Morehouse), Seb Fontaine (Radio One), Beat Chuggers (Ffrr / Toolroom) and many more.

Kid Massive also runs his own outlet of quality chunky house music. His Soundslike Records, which is distributed by Unique UK, features a wide range of major names releasing and re-working the labels cuts. Featured Soundslike artists include Ray Roc (Kidology / Defected / Rocit Records), J-Reverse aka Black Legend (Slip N Slide), Beatchuggers (Toolroom / Brick house), Rune aka Artificial Funk (Credence / Underwater), Raoul (Sumsonic / Soussol Records), Playmaker (Subliminal Soul / Deeplay), Theofficials (Soundslike / The Beginerz), Lindos & Salling (BrickHouse / Gossip).

Kid Massive is also part of the French based house outfit Rhythm Slaves when on tour, and is the group’s in-house remixer. The Slaves have also had releases on labels such as Defected, Knee Deep, Odds N Ends, Peng, Choco Flash, Deep Funk, Elevation, Diaspora, Undo, Gossip and many others. Kid Massive has been DJing the club scene since 1992. A short list of his travels include gigs in the UK (London & Birmingham), Sweden (Malmø, Lund & Stockholm), Croatia (Bosnia & Montenegro), Switzerland (Geneva), Holland (Amsterdam), Germany (Cologne), Spain (Ibiza & Barcelona). He has also played all of the top clubs in Denmark including Rust, Vega, Nasa, Luftkastellet, LevelCph, Pan, Paradis and Blitz/Sub.
